Elly Waters is a self taught junior tattoo artist with a passion for black work and line work. 

Despite being an artist since age 3, Elly only recently started her tattoo journey in March of 2022 and has decided to jump fully into the new career! 

 

She is a kind and creative person who understands that feeling comfortable and heard during the tattoo process is very important. 

She doesn’t take herself too seriously and that is reflected in her edgy, playful designs and her personality.
